Tata AIA Developer Portal provides the necessary technical information for the software developers to configure & manage communication between an API & External, Internal systems.

Problem Statement

The existing system of Tata AIA Technology team uses the standard manual procedure of sharing the API, documentations with Internal/External stakeholders. There is lack of Automation for managing the API’s. As a result, having a Technology infrastructure in the form of Developer Portal is critical. Developer Portal helps browsing API’s, testing API’s under sandbox environment, User management , API’s subscription management etc for Internal/External stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Co-ordinating with Tata AIA tech team to understand requirements, existing challenges faced
• Creating User stories, Sitemaps, User flows for Developer portal
• Creating wireframes, prototypes and pixel perfect UI designs
• Co-ordinating with Developer to translate the UI/UX design into Html

Scope & Constraints

Tata AIA Developer portal uses Microsoft Azure as backend for configuration, management of API’s. As a result designs for Developer Portal were created in alignment with Microsoft Azure.
