Problem Statement

The product targets Corporates and their employees for all types of insurance needs. There is a gap in the insurance market for this type of Customers. Elephant product helps in filling the gap. It works using B2B2C model.

Users & Audience

Corporate and their employees. The target corporates ranges from large organisations, mid-sized to small sized organisations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating the complete redesign of existing journey of Life Insurance for comparing different plans & purchase of plans
• Co-ordinating with stake holders to understand requirements, existing challenges faced
• Coming up solutions to reduce the friction in user journey for comparing & purchase of Life Insurance plans
• Creating wireframes, prototypes and pixel perfect UI designs
• Co-ordinating with Developer to translate the UI/UX design into Html
• Co-ordinating with Vendor for integration with Insurance companies

Scope & Constraints

The project was completed in a tight deadline of 10 weeks.
