Overview


The App provides features to view policy related details, details on other category of insurance policies, perform policy related self-servicing transactions and referral for their friends and family.

Problem Statement


Customers had only option of Web portal for accessing policy related services. There was need for native Mobile App, which would help to increase the Digital adoption of the existing customer. Also using native login authentications, additional security level was provided to the existing customers.
